CDL-A OTR Reefer Driver
Tooli Logistics LLC is seeking a CDL-A OTR Reefer Driver to operate late-model refrigerated trailers.
This role may be assigned as a solo driver or as part of a team, depending on business needs and driver preference.
Compensation
Base Pay: $0.72 per mile (all dispatched miles)
Average Weekly Earnings: $1,900 – $2,200 (based on 2,800 – 3,200 miles/week)
Annual Potential: $90,000 – $110,000+ including bonuses
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Additional Pay: Safety, Fuel Efficiency, Referral, Detention, Layover, Extra Stop & Breakdown Pay

Minimum Requirements
Valid CDL Class A license
Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience (2+ years preferred; reefer experience a plus)
At least 21 years of age
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to read and speak English (per DOT requirements)
Acceptable driving record (0 – 2 points), no DOT-recordable accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI/DWI
Duties & Responsibilities
Safely operate a CDL Class A tractor-trailer with refrigerated cargo (reefer unit).
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in accordance with DOT regulations.
Monitor and manage trailer temperature to ensure product integrity.
Maintain accurate logs and documentation through ELD systems.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, shippers, and receivers to ensure on-time deliveries.
Follow all federal, state, and company safety policies and procedures.
Perform minor equipment checks or troubleshooting when needed.
